EarthSpring Foods maximizes the potential for plentiful and nutritious soy use in the U.S. and the developing world with its patented process, PrimaSoyTM. This process deactivates estrogen, phytic acid, oligosaccharides and trypsin inhibitors from soy, providing a new choice for hormone-conscious consumers.
